We conduct machinery and equipment dispersals on or off-site through:

• Auctions: We conduct unreserved/absolute auctions that attract maximum attendance. Each item is sold to the highest bidder. Advertising and direct mail brochures are carefully targeted to specific potential buyers from our extensive database to ensure maximum realizations.

• Plant dismantling: We dismantle and salvage assets in industrial plants across all market sectors including mining, distilling, food and beverage, petro-chemical, concrete, asphalt, oil and gas.

• Project management: We assist, on a fixed fee basis, in asset dispersals, from the set-up and tendering process, to negotiating sales of assets, to final clean up.

On all dispersals, BUXBAUM/CENTURY offers its clients a choice of:

• Cash. Outright purchase.

• Net minimum guarantee. We will provide the client with a net minimum guaranteed return on the sale of assets. This amount can be paid up front, prior to the sale, at the clients option.

• Straight commission. Percentage of gross proceeds.

• Fixed fee. Fixed project fee from start to completion.
